Humming happily, Natsuru is getting dressed up to go visit Sakura, although the Kämpfer does regret that Sakura is actually interested in her female alter ego. Lucky for Natsuru, she has become able to transform herself at will now.
Barely out of the door, Natsuru is surprised to see Akane and Sangou waiting outside, intent on accompanying her to Sakura’s home. The blue haired Kämpfer’s earlier enthusiasm gives way to weariness at Akane’s visible anger for not having being told about the date and Sangou’s hidden motives at tagging along.
Arriving at their destination, Akane and Natsuru are surprised to see it’s a high class mansion residing in a state of the art apartment complex, Sangou soon tells them that Sakura’s parents are diplomats who are usually abroad. Answering the door, Sakura warmly welcomes and gladly invites the blue haired Kämpfer and her two chaperons inside.
Offering everyone drinks and snacks, Sakura doesn’t even notice the three Kämpfers brought along their Messengers, for they fit right in with the mass of disemboweled stuffed animals Sakura’s home is filled with, displayed on near every shelf, cabinet or table.

Queen’s Blade 2nd season 8

Overly enthusiastic about her first tournament match, Nanael swiftly attacks Airi, boasting how she will make quick work of her opponent. Trying to reason with Nanael to alert her of the real danger being queen Aldra, the ghostly maid’s efforts to persuade the cheeky angel seem futile.
Clashing blades, Nanael notices too late that flying around and dodging the slashes of Airi’s scythe have caused her to spill most of the holy milk from her vial, which drains her power level fast.
Soon forced to hold onto her sword with both hands instead of being able to make it fly on its own, Nanael realizes she has no choice but to quickly end the battle, lest she lose what power she has left in a prolonged fight.
Panting, Airi too is in dire shape, not having drained the necessary life force from people ever since she has been caring for Rana. With most of the ghostly maid’s strength used up, her attacks becoming slower, weaker.

Kämpfer illustrations

Haven’t seen a whole lot of official “Kämpfer” promotional illustrations and images, though did find these online.
Featuring the main cast for the anime, this particular image is nice, love how Akane and Sakura are fighting over Natsuru’s, with Sangou looking like she’s not going to fall behind either.
Thanks to Marina Inoue’s excellent voice work as Natsuru, can just imagine hearing Natsuru’s futile protests. Really do like how Marina Inoue and Yui Horie are adding a lot to this anime series with their terrific voice acting.
Too bad Mikoto’s kind of shoved all the way to the back in this image, then again she only made her first full appearance in last week’s episode.

Shin Koihime†Musou 6

Waiting for Kan’u to return, Ryuubi is entertaining Chouhi and Koumei by teaching them Cat’s Cradle while Chou’un dutifully maintains her combat spear. Joining her friends, Kan’u tells them that both Kakuka and Teiiku were allowed to join Sousou.
Observing Kan’u is rather late, Chou’un’s sharp nose picks up that the long haired warrior seems to have bathed and soon makes a sly remark that she must have worked up quite a sweat with Sousou when Kan’u affirms that she indeed did bathe. Blushing beet red, Kan’u fruitlessly tries to explain there were other circumstances.
Looking solemn again, Kan’u explains she overheard that Kada’s meeting with Sousou alas did not go well, and that the traveling doctor has somehow incurred Sousou’s wrath.
Having fled the city, Kada is barely able to shake off Sousou’s troops that still gave chase by heading deep into the forest. Resting against a tree trunk, Kada looks up at the constellations in the night sky vowing to continue his quest to find this mysterious book that contains forbidden magic.

Kämpfer 6

Tightly hugged by Sakura, Natsuru can’t believe his eyes she leans in to kiss him, but his joy quickly becomes terror when Sakura suddenly turns into Sangou who announces with a sly voice she shall continue on that kiss.
Waking up with a start, Natsuru realizes it was all but a dream. Smelling the telltale fragrance of curry, Natsuru wonders where the spicy odor could be coming from.
Hearing a knock on his door, Natsuru is shocked to see his childhood friend Mikoto barge into the bedroom holding a plate of steaming curry while wearing nothing but a frilly apron. Barely able to overcome his surprise, Natsuru pleads with the girl to put on some clothes but Mikoto misses no opportunity to tease Natsuru.
Waiting for the school bus to arrive, Mikoto tells Natsuru how happy she is to have finally returned to Japan and she’s looking forward to spend more time with him.
