Mahiru Izumi C76 doujin ‘Mio Love’

The last book of my C76 loot that arrived a while back is the “みおラブ” (Mio love) doujin by Mahiru Izumi (泉まひる, homepage nsfw).
In tradition with Mahiru Izumi’s previous Comiket releases, the book is a typical hentai doujin, all black and white with a color cover, here also accompanied by a double side illustration card.
As the title suggests the doujin is “K-ON!” themed, all about everyone’s favorite bass guitar player, Akiyama Mio!
Have always loved Mahiru Izumi’s style and was quite impressed with the artist’s latest releases, so took a chance and bid on this Mio book.

Artist Mahiru Izumi (泉まひる, homepage nsfw) made a lovely artwork of “K-ON!” fan favorite Akiyama Mio.
Really cute rendering of the beautiful yet shy to a fault bass player in her attire from the “K-ON!” ending sequence, all in Mahiru Izumi’s typical drawing style, which while it is quite different from the anime series’ drawing style, actually looks wonderful on Mio.
Adore the specific style of how Mahiru Izumi draws a character’s eyes and facial features, as well as the coloring and shading.
Wanted to show this cute illustration here too and hope to see more Mio art from Mahiru Izumi soon.

Had already previously spoken about artist Mahiru Izumi (泉まひる, homepage nsfw) who created the art for the “Queen’s Gate – Mai Shiranui” (クイーンズゲイト 紅の忍 不知火舞) book and thought this time I’d mention some great illustrations of Horo from “Spice & Wolf”.
Above is the first illustration of Horo I saw by Mahiru Izumi and love how she is rendered in it, beyond any doubt Horo is the cutest wolf deity known to man.
Really adored Horo in “Spice & Wolf”, she was an interesting mix of character elements and thought seeiyuu Ami Koshimizu voiced her well.

Thought I’d mention another great “Queen’s Gate” artbook, this one is by artist Mahiru Izumi (泉まひる, homepage nsfw) and it’s all about the lovely Mai Shiranui from “King Of Fighters”.
Love how Mahiru Izumi rendered Mai in it, she looks spunky, daring and absolutely irresistible. (Click the images for a larger version.)
More daring than the Iroha “Queen’s Gate” artbook, this “Queen’s Gate – Mai Shiranui” (クイーンズゲイト 紅の忍 不知火舞) book is filled to the brim with all color illustrations of Mai in different poses, some full of action, others very sensual and enticing.
