Kanade from “Candy☆Boy” figure coming

Saw images at Mikatan blog from Wonder Hobby 9.5 (“ワンホビ9.5” ). Organized by renowned figure maker Good Smile Company, the Wonder Hobby 9.5 (aka “Wonderful Hobby Life For You!! 9.5”) event is being held from February 27th to March 1st in Tokyo.

Quite interesting though were some of the images from Wonder Hobby 9.5 seen at AkibaHobby and Amiami of this upcoming figure by Good Smile Company of Kanade Sakurai from “Candy☆Boy”.

Looks like a lovely figure and seems the sculpt is spot on for Kanade, capturing her cuteness well.

Together with Max Factory, Good Smile Company ranks highest on my scale of figure makers, their figures are always near perfection so I’m confident the finished product will be amazing.

Judging by the paint work it’s a finished product so this should be an upcoming release, hopefully we’ll see an official announcement and release date from Good Smile Company soon.

Not sure about the scale, looks like it’s a 1/8 scale figure. (Can’t read the figure card well enough in the photos to see the details on scale, price,…)

I’ll definitely be getting this figure of Kanade, no doubts there, then it’ll be an anxious wait until they release a Yukino figure. After all, if it’s “Candy☆Boy”, you have got to have both Kanade and Yukino!
