K-ON! Maddy Candy single out

The “K-ON!” Insert Single “Maddy Candy” by ‘Death Devil’ (aka 山中さわ子,Yamanaka Sawako) has been released.

Sung by Sanada Asami who voices Sawako in the series, the CD contains the traditional number of four tracks, comprised of the songs “Maddy Candy” and “Hell the world”, each accompanied by their respective instrumental version.

This particular けいおん release didn’t especially impress me. Not that Sanada Asami’s singing is poor, but the songs themselves are just passable. ちょっとやりすぎ…

Actually enjoyed listening to the instrumental versions far more as they have some terrific guitar sections, so definitely recommend you check out the instrumental versions.
