Kagome C77 doujin ‘Yoke of the Damned’

February 26, 2010

Do realize that Comiket 77 is long past but still wanted to mention the ‘Yoke Of The Damned’ doujin by artist Kagome of whom also showcased the terrific C76 “K-ON!” themed book ‘Jangling Automation’ before.

This time, Kagome (籠目, homepage, Pixiv) created a yuri hentai book all about Ruiko Saten and Kazari Uiharu from “To Aru Kagaku No Railgun”.

While the ‘Jangling Automation’ book was mostly filled with full page color illustrations, ‘Yoke Of The Damned’ is a standard fare black and white publication only featuring a full color cover.

Next to the story pages, the back of the book features several sketch or line art type illustrations, not only of Saten and Uiharu but of other “To Aru Kagaku No Railgun” girls like Mikoto and Kuroko as well.

Some panels of the story portion felt a bit raw, as if the artist did not entirely complete them. The dialog lettering is also plain handwritten, which makes it not always easily readable.

This is largely made up by the fact it contains a nice story, although still with explicit content. Being focused on the romantic pairing of “To Aru Kagaku No Railgun” characters Saten and Uiharu, the doujin will certainly appeal to yuri fans.

Actually Kagome seems to favor the manga incarnation of Saten more as the artist rendered her with the same bosom size as in the manga instead of the anime’s -appealingly- upgraded size.

Still, love Saten’s character and the “To Aru Kagaku No Railgun” series so wish that Kagome would make a full color book rife with illustrations all about these girls for a next Comiket edition.

You can always see more of Kagmone’s art on the Traumatize circle website.

WHOA!!! Sorry for the double-comment, but that “quote” thing you have is sexy! Wish Sea Slugs had something similar.

While I’m perfectly fine with Saten’s manga incarnation, I do prefer her slightly altered anime design. ^_~
To my shame I must admit that I didn’t even know this theme included such a quote function. Always regret the comments don’t include Gravatar and such more elaborate style elements. But it’s a default theme, so hence.

    Hmm, I like Kagome. o/

Recently started watching To Aru Kagaku no Railgun, and I love Saten. ❤ Can't say I really noticed her bust being all that large though.

Absolutely adore Kagome’s piece of Kyonko, think that was the first illustration I noticed of this artist.
Well it’s not that large but it is bigger compared to the manga. Nonetheless, Saten is ❤

I had not seen this doujin around yet. The cover art is very pretty and that it’s a yuri Railgun… I will definitely try to find this.
