That’s actually the top part of a sleeveless body stocking (from CoolCat) but its pattern also makes it suitable to double as undergarment or stockings (for the legs) all the while also protecting the vinyl from staining.
Also a Quick DD related question: Know any DD with elf ear parts? @_@?

I’ve seen dolls with such ears but can’t recall seeing any DD with them. Probably does exist though.

It’s a great body stocking as it doesn’t merely protect the vinyl but can double as stocking/lingerie type cloth.
