Sundress Shizuko

Recently acquired an SD sized breezy pink sundress with black lace like trim through eBay and thought to showcase some photos of Shizuko wearing it as it’s perfect for the summer season.

This Dollfie Dream photo set contains images of Shizuko posed mostly in the light of the evening sun, but on a some of the photos a custom preset was applied during post processing to create a different atmosphere.

Above photo is my favorite shot from this set, alas was not able to explore other poses as the sun started to set and soon the light was no longer bright enough to continue. But am very glad was still able to make this particular capture.

Generally would not recommend acquiring Dollfie Dream dolls or their related goods through eBay, mostly due to the exorbitant prices of most auctions. However, when I spotted this SD sized sundress on eBay for a small price, decided to take the chance.

Taken on a different day, love the stark contrast here between the shadows of the window blinds and the sunlight, lends itself perfectly to the “300” style preset applied on the Raw file in Adobe Lightroom.

Even a modest M bust DDII body type can show shapely curves when the lighting and angle are right.

Considering the modest price of this sundress and the advantageous exchange rate, thought it was worth the risk and made the purchase on eBay.

Always liked how simply changing the viewing angle, Shizuko’s customized DDH02 head its facial sculpt gives an entirely different aura to her expression. Above it could be seen as a fragile, doubtful expression, while below it seems assertive, stern even.

Must say that the fit of the sundress on the DDII type body equipped with the M bust isn’t superb as it sits loose at the back.

Tried the fit of this dress on Yoko’s more curvaceous DDDy type body and the result was similar, so seems the SD body type abdomen may be significantly wider than that of a Dollfie Dream.
