Artificial rain on green blossom
June 9, 2012
Added a few photos on my Flickr photostream of some green leaves that sprouted on a brush basking in the springtime sun as rain drops fall.
Like the previously shared photos of violets covered in rain drops, the rain effect here too is actually artificial as it was made by using a spray bottle to create a mist of tiny droplets.
Stopped down to a smaller aperture but still have shallow depth of field with this lens, the exposure time remained long enough to get the water drops to look like tiny streaks of light as they fall.
