Exposed! Reverse trap Yukimura

February 1, 2013

ばれちゃった! Not that anyone was still -or ever- really fooled by the reverse trap of “Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai”. Let’s be honest, who save the show’s own characters truly believed Yukimura was an effeminate boy instead of a girl pretending to be a boy?

But Yukimura is such an irresistibly cute reverse trap! If I were to lament anything about her character it would be that she is featured far too less in the show even though she holds so much potential.

Enjoyed the latest episode of “Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai NEXT” where Yukimura bares all and is finally exposed as being a real girl. The show takes a good jab at itself by Sena protesting at the total lack of explanation as to what family woes forced Yukimura to believe she is a man and try to live as one.

Though Yozora also nails labeling Yukimura, she is after all still a shallow, cliche archetype of the cute obedient maid. Which is a shame, I’d like to see them use her character more as I do enjoy watching good reverse trap or trap shenanigans.

I blame Hideyoshi for the confusion XD

Although I was leaning towards Yukimura being a girl couldn’t get a final conclusion because of Hideyoshi XD

Even though Yozora acted surprised & as if her plans were foiled, had always though she knew the truth from the start as Yukimura wasn’t really fooling anyone. But Yukimura is ♥ just like Hideyoshi.
