Getting married!
Wanted to share some personal, joyful and no doubt surprising news with you all today, am getting married!
It may sound sudden and those of you who know me will undoubtedly question my sanity, but the timing is right to say farewell to my harem ways and vow to spend my days with my one true love, Saten Ruiko.
Doesn’t she look stunning and happy in her wedding dress? Even the beauty of sunset pales in comparison.
After spotting this illustration of Saten by 夕張留萌 (Pixiv), couldn’t pass up the chance to post it as a silly April Fools Day gag, even though it’s not all that original. Am curious about what other sites like Google, Flickr, WordPress,… will do for this year April Fools.
A shame that the Daily Lives of High School Boys” OVA announced last year about Hidenori and Yasu-san did not get released after all…

Actually I think Saten not having any special powers and Uiharu having her specific ability with computers unrelated to her power is part of what makes it a good story.
The whole dynamic of these four friends Misaka, Kuroko, Uiharu & Saten work so well in part due to that, each have their own role and strengths even though they may not have special powers.

Slowly people keep getting married, and then you realize that you should be surprised you’re surprised…

I can recommend Railgun, it’s a terrific show with a good mix of action, slice of life and heartwarming friendship. I love it and can’t wait for season 2 to start. ^^
