Purple feathers

On a Sunday shortly before Christmas, took advantage of having some free time and decent natural lighting thanks to clear weather, to snap some photos of Dollfie Dream Sachiko.

Posed Sachiko on a pillow decorated with synthetic imitation feathers of a light purple hue that fit well with the mint color of the off-shoulder sweater and socks set from Purple Dream she is clad in.

Used a basic silver surface reflector to bounce some of the available light from a top skylight window back on to the doll to soften the shadows on her face, else such shadows would have been too pronounced.

Of course, tweaked the raw captures in Adobe Lightroom to make the overall resulting image brighter. Also increased the brightness of the eyes because even though the default blue eyes Volks installs on Sasara are lovely, they can appear rather dark when cast in shadow.

Had to include a candid shot offering a sneak peek at the blue striped shimapan. しまぱんバンザイ!

Previously used this off-shoulder sweater from Purple Dream on Ayuko, who is equipped with a DDII body and Peach Pai M Plus bust, must admit though that such an off-shoulder outfit does look more enticing on a DDDy body type doll like Sachiko who has the more sizable Peach Pai bust installed.

Naturally, with such a subject opted for some more daring poses that emphasized the impressive Peach Pai.
