Yoko BRS style
Some time ago, Dollfie Dream owner and seamstress Kuraikawai created a few hooded sweaters inspired on the “Black Rock Shooter” style.
Like how she interpreted the “Black Rock Shooter” extravagant gear and transformed it into more contemporary, wearable urban clothing. Love the detailing of the smooth white leather-like stripe and star, as well as the top-down zipper.
Knew it would be a perfect fit for Yoko, especially with these camo pants and scaled Glock G17 handguns. Ready for action!
覗きか? 勇敢な人だね、あなたは…
Went for some more daring shots this time, trying to create an atmosphere as if even when she’s caught getting dressed, Yoko remains unashamed and confident, somewhat playful even.
Of course Volks’ facial sculpt of Yoko fits this aura perfectly. Reminds me a bit of Revy from “Black Lagoon”.
Worthy of note is that even after several weeks wearing the hoodie without body stocking or other protection underneath, Yoko did not suffer any staining.
With the properties of the vinyl used for Dollfie Dream, possible color transfer with dark and vivid colors is a concern. Having a dark outfit where this concern can be put aside is always a relief.
Only small drawback about this BRS hooded sweater is that the hood is a bit on the small side.
Though this understandable as a large hood would have hidden the BRS star symbol on the back when lowered.
Shame missed out on winning bid for one of the help Japan hoodies Kuraikawai had created as those were cute.

Yoko-chan looks very cool! I’m very glad you like the hoodie, the test one didn’t stain sakura either, I guess i’ll have to make more things with this fabric ^^. about the hood… I made a hoodie which I didn’t sell with a bigger hood, it looks very weird and disproportioned and as you said it covers the possible design on the back, DD’s have a rather big head
Thanks a lot for the mention!
@Kuraikawai
Very true, I have a white zipper hoodie where the hood fits easily over the DD head, even when equipped with big wigs but the hood is disproportionately huge when lowered and can be a pain for some shots. The size of this one is perfect to keep the back star logo visible.
Nice sweater. I was tempted to bid one of those as well. Nice to see that it has not stained Yoko, Kuraikawai must have picked a good material ^^

Yes, that’s such a great bonus. Dark cloth is always a bit of a thriller when you get it. The dark gear I have from Dollmore also has good track record to not stain.
thats a lovely looking hoodie ^^
Your pics of Yoko wearing her hoodie are also very pretty,
I like the first and the last one a lot.
@Fabienne
Thanks, glad you like them. ^^
I like the jacket. It looks great zipped up. It gives her that cool hipster feel.
